This privacy policy describes how Bondforge Solutions sp. z o.o. ("we", "the Company") processes the personal data of persons using bondforgesolutions.pl and contacting us by email.

When you contact us by email, we receive:

  • your email address (sender)
  • message content and any attachments
  • any data you voluntarily include (e.g. name, company name)

Automatically, in connection with using the site:

  • basic device and browser information (in Google Analytics — only with your consent)

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your email — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by sending the message).
  • Traffic analytics (Google Analytics 4) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given via the cookie banner — optional).
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention periods

  • Email correspondence — up to 24 months from last contact, unless applicable law requires longer retention (e.g. tax obligations).
  • Google Analytics data — per the service's policy (maximum 14 months).

5. Recipients of data

Your data may be entrusted to processors acting on our behalf:

  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics, only with your consent).
  • Our email provider — for handling correspondence sent to our contact address.
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, monitoring, security) — to the extent necessary to run the site.

6. Data transfers outside the EEA

Some of the above entities (Google LLC, Resend Inc.) may process data in the United States. Such transfers are made on the basis of safeguards provided by the GDPR — in particular the Data Privacy Framework (for certified entities) and Standard Contractual Clauses.   • erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • restrict processing
  • data portability
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
